Rates
- United States: $4.99. Free on orders of $35 or more.
- Rest of the world: $9.99. Free on orders of $35 or more.
- Ecuador: free.
Large or heavy items (mini stepper and camping stove): they have their own rate of $14.99 to the United States and $29.99 to the rest of the world, and are not eligible for free shipping.
The exact cost is always shown before you pay.
Order processing
We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as it ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 7 to 15 business days.
- Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days.
These are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays or customs processing.
Customs and duties
For international orders, your country may charge import duties or taxes. These charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to correct it, email us as soon as possible: we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
Delayed or lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time or tracking isn't updating, email us at support@movealy.store and we'll sort it out with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll reship it or refund you.
Orders with multiple items
Some orders may arrive in more than one package. You'll receive tracking for each one.
